The European Joint Doctorate in Archaeological and Cultural Heritage MATerials Science ED-ARCHMAT is a EU funded Marie Sklodowska Curie Action Innovative Training Network (MSCA-ITN) under the HORIZON 2020 Program whose goal is to provide future leading professionals with the interdisciplinary and intersectoral knowledge, skills and competences needed to address the challenges faced in the analysis, valorization, conservation and fruition for future generations of Cultural Heritage

The final Conference of the ED-ARCHMAT project will be held at the University of Burgos ijointly with the SECPHO Cluster within the BACH Tech Week/Burgos Archaeology and Cultural Heritage Technology Week. SECPHO is a a cluster that gathers more than 180 organizations in Spain promoting technological innovation through deep tech in all sectors of the economy.
The joint ED-ARCHMAT/SECPHO BACH Tech Week event is intended as a meeting forum for experts in the use of Technology in Archaeology and Cultural Heritage ans will see the active involvement of ED-ARCHMAT ESRs and beneficiary
Candidates can apply for up to three ESR projects.
Please for each project of interest, submit a new application.
Required documents include:
1. A brief letter of motivation stating how the candidate background and qualifications match the project(s) being applied for.
2. A statement indicating that the candidate complies with the eligibility criteria for MSCA-ITN-EJD admission.
3. A curriculum vitae.
4. A certificate of English proficiency (at the time of enrolment), may be required for those applicants whose first language is not English by certain Universities.
5. The official transcripts and marks achieved during both Bachelor and Master phases of previous degrees.
6. Two reference letters together with detailed contact information of the recommending persons.
7. Specific additional criteria if required by individual projects (please see the individual ESR project webpages).
